Overview:
This bespoke and advanced customer relationship management system supports the investor targeting services provided by OCO Global to over thirty clients worldwide. The system is designed to maximise coordination and efficiencies amongst consultants during the investor targeting process.

- Centralised database of companies, with both combined and client specific views for the company records, contacts, projects and interactions.
- Toolkit for managing allocation of companies to clients and the ongoing tracking of status levels for each client on each company.
- Range of filtering and searching tools which can be saved for regular use and quickly loaded.

Specification:
The development of the Investor Targeting Toolkit started with a process of collating and normalising a significant number of individual client databases, merging companies, contacts into single records while maintaining individual status records and interactions. The application itself was developed with Adobe Coldfusion with an underlying MS SQL Server database.
