Best Practice Toolkit

Overview:

The Best Practice Toolkit was developed as an extranet for Enterprise Ireland's network of European Offices. The toolkit consists of two main elements, the first being a guide to best practice in client facing aspects of EI services and the second being a knowledge base for client proposals and projects.

Standardised template for presenting best practice structured around the different service areas offered including relevant downloadable content such as training presentations, report templates, forms, etc.
Fully searchable knowledge base containing a archive of client projects and proposals including downloadable project files and reports.
Tools to upload and quality control new content.
Administrative functions to manage and monitor usage.

Specification:

The original prototype was developed as a MS Access database and this lead into the development of a online extranet built on the Adobe Coldfusion platform utilising SQL Server database.
